Fear of Death One of my fears is that time will run out for me. I need to get things done quickly before "the end." I suppose it is my fear of death that makes me uneasy. You do indeed fear death as long as you think you are your body - which is not true! Can your cells, on their own, regenerate? Can your heart stop beating on your command? What controls your circulation, breath, life itself, if not your mind? You are mind - spirit! You are not body! The words you speak, write and hear are in our mind. They emanate from the center of your real being - not your body. Remove the flesh; you are still there - totally! The body is your chosen representation in your dream - the one you made up - the one you believe to be you in your dream state. All of your fear, uneasiness, restlessness and discomfort are in your mind. Remove them from it and they are gone! © OASIS Friends, 2002
